Thievery

Greetings, readers!

     Optiluiz here once more with a new comic remake, typing at the speed of sound. You see, ladies and gentelmen, I must finish this post as quickly as possible for reasons I'm unable to specify here. In any case, the above comic is another one of my favourites, and I think it looks a lot better with the new art.
     In other news, I've got a few literary presents heading my way thanks to my writing "career" and my generous girlfriend! As you all know, being a paranormal nut, I just couldn't resist getting the X Files Book of the Unexplained and Communion: A True Story from online used book retailers. I love waiting for things in the mail, don't you?
     In case you haven't heard, I've been updating our new Tumblr regularily, and you should pay us a visit! If you can't get enough of the ECB in your social media, don't forget to visit the About Us page for more links.
     I guess that's all for now, and I'm surprised at how fast I typed this out. I hope there aren't a lot of mistakes, but this will have to do for now. I hope you all have a nice week, and remember to check back on Friday for more comics.

PS: I just found out that one of my favourite mockumentaries (Behind the Mask: the Rise of Leslie Vernon) is getting a sequel, isn't that awesome?

PPS: I have a lot of real stories about robbers, I think I'll share them with you guys next time.

Paranoia

Greetings, readers!

     Optiluiz here once more with a new comic! I've always been scared of the whole "Truman-Show" scenario of your entire life being nothing but a spectacle for the benefit of others, but at least I can poke fun at it with our comics. I just hope they're not entirely self-aware.
     Well, we've been busy beavers here at the ECB with social media marketing and such. Sure, sometimes real life does get the best of us, but we do what we can to keep you guys updated. In fact, I've even started a Tumblr, and will leave a link to it below.
     Outside the blog, life seems to have gotten more complicated. Maybe it's just the sudden realization of adulthood or maybe things are truly getting harder, but I'm trying to not forget how important this blog is, personally. I think Max agrees on that.
     I still have to make dinner, so I'll let you guys off early. Again. Before I go, however, I'll leave you with our usual social media links, so you'll always know how and when to contact us! The Machine of Tomorrow

     Optiluiz here once more with an apology for the late post! A blogger's life can get a bit hectic at times, and sometimes that messes with our schedule. In any case, I hope today's comic makes up for our tardiness.
     Today's remake is actually from back when Max had left the ECB (temporarily of course), so we replaced him with the generic George, which shows up from time to time as an extra in our drawings.
     I've been biking a lot in the cold recently, and my body is feeling the consequences. As such, I think it's time for me to lie down for a few years hours. Before I go, however, I'd like to know what you guys think of the shading in our comics! It's something Max and I have argued over before, and I'd like to find out what our readers prefer.

Waiting for UFO's...

Greetings, readers!

     Optiluiz here once more with a new comic! As you all know, I've always been a fanatic for everything paranormal (which does in fact include UFO's), so I don't agree with Max's opinion in this comic. I've actually written a short story about extraterrestrials that will be published in a few month- what's that? A new Star Wars trailer!?
     Everything today has pretty much been overshadowed by Star Wars: Episode VII's new teaser trailer, and I guess it deserves the attention. As a child, I always preferred sci-fi to fantasy, and Star Wars was very near and dear to my heart. Not even the prequels could take that away! Sure, during adolescence I began to admire more genres, but Sci-Fi was my first love. So... Yeah, I'm hyped for the new movie.
     I'd love to stay and write some more, but to be honest I have a lot to do and not enough time to attend to everything, so I must be off! I hope you all have a great weekend, and may the Force be with you! (And if you haven't seen the trailer yet I'll leave it here).
